The ever elusive leopard has finally given up his home address. The beautiful Jawai Leopard Camp is conveniently nearby and can arrange to visit the leopards on both night and day safaris. We stayed at the camp with our two children (aged 2 and 4 at the time). The children loved the safaris and were totally transfixed when we caught sight of our first leopard. The following day the hotel organised a special breakfast for us, we went by jeep to visit a troop of monkeys who were tame enough to feed by hand. Needless to say, for the children this was a highlight!

People have recently written to us as follows about their time at the camp:

“We loved the Jawai Leopard Camp; we had an excellent local ranger for our twice daily drives and we were looked after brilliantly. We were given a tour by the manager of behind the scenes – Very impressive!”

“We LOVED Jawai. What an amazing setting, the most wonderful staff and also did manage to see two leopards.”
