Mumbai and Kerala in 2 weeks

Mumbai is one of India’s most absorbing cities, showcasing extreme Bollywood glamour and exponential wealth alongside Mumbai’s slum areas. Our tour introduces you to everyday life here, from Mumbai’s dabbawalas who deliver over 200,000 tiffin (lunch) boxes a day to the historically fascinating monuments to the cool boutiques on Colaba. From this compounding city we then take you a short flight away to beautiful Kerala where you arrive to a far more tranquil pace of life. This tour includes the wonderful Fort Cochin and her Chinese fishing nets, the stunning tea plantations of Munnar and of course the famous and serene backwaters and beaches of Kerala. Included is a night on board a traditional Keralan houseboat; these kettuvallams were traditionally used to transport rice and now provide an unforgettable way to absorb life on the lush labyrinth of canals, rivers and lakes that form the backwaters.

The hotels we recommend are some of the best in each area with wonderful locations, service and facilities.

Price per person: $4798, includes:

* Accommodation in a double room at mid/high end hotels
* A private air-conditioned car and driver
